WIP Discrete Job's Operation's Start & Completion Dates are not updating as per Resources Routing setup. (Doc ID 2653260.1)

Last updated on MARCH 30, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Work in Process - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Work Order Definition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
When Discrete Job is creating with Forward  scheduling ,system calculated the Completion date based on the Routing details of the Resources.
But FIRST_UNIT_START_DATE ,
FIRST_UNIT_COMPLETION_DATE ,
LAST_UNIT_START_DATE ,
LAST_UNIT_COMPLETION_DATE are same for all the Operations ,as it is not considering the Dates from Resource dates attached to the Operation.
Whereas Start and Completion dates are correctly populated at the Resource level for each opeartion.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------------
Operations dates should be updated according to the Resources routing setup .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Created a WIP Discrete job with START DATE =25th-MARCH-2020 :09:00:00
2.System calculated the COMPLETION DATE=26th-MARCH -2020 :09:39:00
3.Job has total  3 Operations defined.
4.When  checked the Operations details--->Dates -->Observed that all Operations FUSD ,FUCD,LUSD and LUCD dates and timestamp for all Operations are same as Job's start date.
5.When we checked the Resource schedule dates on each Operation, system calculated correctly and updated the dates as expected at Resource level for each operations.
6.But these dates are not reflecting on the Operations start and end dates , it shows same date and timestamp for all operations
