Check Functional Constraints Appears Twice QA Validation with a ORA-01427 Error (Doc ID 2653273.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Validate a contract, the QA Check Process named Check Functional Constraints is shown twice.

Both of these records completed with Success in the Severity field.

But the Explanation fields are very different.

The first one says this:

Unexpected Database Error occurred. Error Code: -1427 Error Message: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.

The second one says:

The contract QA process has completed successfully.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Lease Contract that has values in the Master Lease Agreement
  and Credit Line fields on the Contract header.
2. Validate the contract.
