When Assinging A Task Using Assignment Manager The Gantt Does Not Display The Entire Day (Doc ID 2653341.1)

On : 12.1.3 Field Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Service Request form > Task tab when assigning a task to a technician using assignment manager the gantt does not show the full day.  The Gantt only shows from the current time forward.

For example if the current time is 14:00.  The gantt starts at 14:00 instead of 00:00

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users are expecting to see the entire day starting at 00:00

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a service request and task
2. In the Service request form > Task tab  select the 'Assignment manager' button to assign the task
3. The Gantt screen shows the timeline starting from the current time.
