R12:AP: Wire Payment Method Is Incorrectly Translated In Brazilian Portuguese (Doc ID 2653433.1)

Symptoms

The 'Wire' payment method is translated as "Eletrônico" in Brazilian Portuguese.
This causes the payment method for 'Eletrônico' to show up twice because
Electronic is also translated to the same value.


The Wire payment method should be translated to 'Remoto' as it did in the
PAYMENT METHOD Payables Lookups.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Payments -> Entry -> Payments
3. Create a payment

The 'Wire' payment method is translated as "Eletrônico" in Brazilian Portuguese.
This causes the payment method for 'Eletrônico' to show up twice because
Electronic is also translated to the same value.
 
The Wire payment method should be translated to 'Remoto' as it did in the
PAYMENT METHOD Payables Lookups.

The issue has the following business impact:
