Award Mod To Add Contract Terms - Contract Terms Not Showing On Conformed/Approved Award (Doc ID 2653465.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition

When creating an award modification to add contract terms, the contract terms are not displayed on the Conformed/Approved Award.
A buyer has approved an award prior to adding the contract terms. The Buyer created a modification and then was able to successfully add the contract template and author the terms. After generating the change description and approving the award, when checking the Conformed/Revised/Approved Award the buyer is unable to see any contract terms.

All modifications should appear in the conformed/approved award.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Create an Award without any contract terms
b) Approve the Award
c) Create a Modification for that Award
d) Add Contract Terms in the Modification and save
e) Generate Change Description, and see the Contract Terms are printed in the system generated description
f) View the Modification PDF and verify the Contract Clauses
g) Submit the Modification for approval
h) After Modification is merged to the base document, check the conformed Award by viewing the Contract Clauses using the action drop-down
i) View conformed PDF and verify that the Contract Clauses are not correct
