FRM-40735 Post Query Trigger Error ORA-01422 When Quering User Associated with an Employee via the Users Form (FNDSCAUS) (Doc ID 2653503.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to query an Applications user, the following error occurs on Users Form:

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422.

The same error is being encountered when attempting to update the person record on People form, of the employee who is associated with the user.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.

2. Choose the System Administrator responsibility.

3. Navigate to Security-> User-> Define.

4. Query the user.
