Error trying to open a Contract from Administrator Workbench

JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager Responsibility
2. Go to Administrator Workbench
3. Edit any Contract and receive below error or Create any contract and apply and will receive the error.
4.You have encountered unexpected error , Please contact System Administrator.
