Internal server error in iStore when Placing Order with Item/Product lines more than/around 100

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into iStore Application.
2. Add Items to Cart
3. More than 100items added to Cart
4. Trying to place order
5. Getting Internal Server error.
