ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Adjustment Related Details are not visible when order lines are import in Partial price mode.

There is a Sales Order interface built using oe_order_pub.process_order, which imports order lines from a 3rd party system. The orders are priced using the Oracle price_request API in the 3rd party system, and pass the pricing adjustment/attribute/related-adj information while importing the order into Oracle. Import the lines in Partial Price mode (so as to allow FREIGHT charges to be added during Ship confirm process).

There is an issue where the Adjustment Related Details being imported are not visible from the sales order form after import, if the lines are imported in "Partial Price" mode (calculate price flag - P).
When we import the lines in "Freeze Price" mode (calculate price flag - N), the Adjustment Related Details are visible from SO form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the sales order
2. Check the sales order
3. Adjustment Related Details are not displayed
