End user is trying to unreserve a foreign currency transaction and receives the following error message:

GL BC Packets are empty. Event 84143521 is not processed.

Journal entry is unbalanced. No rounding account has been defined and suspense posting is disabled on the ledger. Please either define a rounding account, or enable suspense posting on the ledger.


STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Query up PO and open
3. Submit for Approval
4. Get a reservation error in Approval notification
