ADOP PHASE=FS_CLONE FAILING WITH UNABLE TO INITIALIZE SSL ENVIRONMENT AFTER FOLLOWING NOTE 2555355.1 (Doc ID 2654346.1)

 After applying FMW related patches, adop=fs_clone fails with errors like:

Unable to initialize SSL environment, nzos call nzosSetCredential returned 43084

Even if there is no clear error message in adop logs, checking available logs in directory $FMW_Home/webtier/instances/EBS_web_OHS1/diagnostics/logs, the error can be found.

i.e.

file $FMW_Home/webtier/instances/EBS_web_OHS1/diagnostics/logs/OHS/EBS_web/EBS_web.log

[OHS] [ERROR:32] [] [core.c] [host_id: <host_name_removed>] [host_addr: <host_address_removed>] [pid: 4552] [tid: 139755910620992] [user: appluat] [<host_name_removed>:0] Init: (<host_name_removed>:443) Unable to initialize SSL environment, nzos call nzosSetCredential returned 43084

Although, the additional steps as per Doc ID 2555355.1 are performed, when re-running fs_clone the same errors persist.
