Unable to query tax in LOV when entering tax registration number on customer form for customer outside of the home country
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables responsibility
2. Customers -> Create/Maintain Customers - query back customer in question -> Tax Profile -> Create New
3. Tax LOV is blank
