Missing Contract Information In Install Base Records

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In R12 the contract information displayed within the Installed Base user interface (UI) is missing some columns. Previously in 11i, when the Contracts link was selected in an Install Base record the following columns were displayed:
-- Contract Number
-- Coverage Name
-- Coverage Description
-- Service Name
-- Service Description
-- Start Date
-- End Date
-- Termination Date
In the R12, when in Installed Base View (or Update) Item Instance > 'Other Item Instance Details': Contracts link, the following columns which were in 11i ContractPG are now not in R12 ContractPG:
11i to R12.
