In the Debrief HTML page
When enter a Labor debrief line with no Start Time, no End Time, no Item and no Duration, the following message is displayed:
A value must be entered for "Labor Start Date".
A value must be entered for "Labor End Date".
Date "11-Jan-2011 11:11" in "" must be earlier than or equal to "11-Jan-2011 11:10".
A value must be entered for "Duration".

(N) Update Service Request (HTML)
- Go to Update Task
- In the Update Task page select Debrief Tab
- Try to enter a Labor line with no Start Time, no End Time, no Item and no Duration
=> The reported message is displayed.
Issue can occur from Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) as well.
Also, it may occur with Material Lines.
