Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After upgrade of EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 users can find and open the results of reports run by other users.
Setting grants and profile "Concurrent:Report Access Level" does not solve the problem.
The cause of the error is an invalid request on the form "Requests". In the request of version 12.2.8, it is necessary to indicate that the "request_id" in the first subquery (with xdo_ds_definitions_b) refers specifically to the fnd_conc_req_summary_v view.
