Shipping Exceptions Report Completing In Error At Pick Release

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, All Shipping Reports
When the Shipping Exceptions Report (WSHRDXCP) it submitted as part of the pick release process or manually submitted it completes with warning.
The log shows the following:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User Resp
2. Navigate: Shipping-- Reports and Documemnts
3. Select Org
4. Select Shipping Exceptions Report
5. Enter parameters and Submit
6. Job completes with warning
