Symptoms

Version 12.2.4 iProcurement

Expense rule is not working when user copied from existing approved requisition

Account is not regenerated when copy approved requisition and create requisition and it has original account.

STEPS
----------
 1. User create requisition by copy from existing approved requsition
  --> Requisition account created as from copied requisition
   Not rebuild according to current setup

EXPECTED RESULTS
---------------------------------
  For copied requisition, also account generated according to current setup

BUSINESS IMPACT
------------------------------
  Due to the issue, expense account rule is not taking effect in case user copy existing approved requisition
