Contract Created from an Order has been Activated without having Conversion Date (Doc ID 2655024.1)

Service contract is created from OM and it is in Active status, however, the conversion date shows blank. If you run Check QA, it will error out since the conversion date is not populated. Why is the conversion date Null?
