ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order HTML UI: Ship-To Customer field does not show any available address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Ship To Customer field to show customer address.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management, HTML User Interface
2. Navigate to Orders
3. Click Create Order > Enter Customer number > Open LOV for Ship to Customer ( There is nothing )
