Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations
When attempting to Cancel a Return Sales Order Line in Awaiting Return Status,
the following error occurs.

"ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero in Package OE_Order_PVT Procedure Lines"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications.
2. Go to "Order Management Super User" Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Open the Order Organizer Form
5. Query the Return Order
6. Open it in Sales Order form
7. Go to Line Items tab.
8. Click on Actions Button
9. Select the "Cancel" action.
10. Give reason to Cancel the Line.
11. After Clicking on OK, below error message is being displayed.
"ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero in Package OE_Order_PVT Procedure Lines"
