Unable To View/Disable Sales Order Attached Note (Doc ID 2656059.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to view Sales Order Attached Note: ROC***

When we create a new sales order for customer# ROC***, system automatically attaching one note.
But when we tried query the template unable to see that template in documents below.
Under Order Management when we navigate to Setup > Orders > Attachments > Documents
The note should be here because it is still being automatically attached to the order header.

Navigate: >Setup >Orders >Attachments >Documents
Press: F11
Click on Description field
Enter: ROC%
Press: Ctrl + F11

shows:
FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved. Re-enter


Expecting script to disable this attachment/document.
