GB Pensions Automatic Re-Enrolment Process does not Considers State Pension Age (Doc ID 2656415.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When the users are running the GB Pensions Automatic Re-enrolment Process for the 1st July 2019, one employee whom they are expected to re-enrol is not enrolled, but set as 'non-eligible jobholder'. The employee is 65, but according to the STATE_RETIREMENT_AGE table they do not reach state pension age until 06-Jan-2020.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to HRMS Responsibility

  2.  (N) > View > Request > Submit a New Request
     
  3.  Run GB Pensions Automatic Re-enrolment Process
