UK Pay: Absence Start Date not Validated Against Paternity Record Child Birth Date (Doc ID 2656715.1)

Problem Statement:

If the first day of absence actual start date is before the Child Birth date, no error is generated, but a validation should be present, as per

Leave cannot start before the birth. The start date must be one of the following:
the actual date of birth
an agreed number of days after the birth
an agreed number of days after the expected week of childbirth

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query for an employee
2. Navigate to SSP->Others, select Paternity Birth
3. Enter the all the details including Child birth date is 01-Jan-2019
4. Click on Absences
5. Select Type as Paternity Leave Birth
6. Enter Actual Start date as 31-Dec-2018 and End date as 30-Jan-2019
7. Save the record
8. No error is displayed
