Workflow Notifications Approved Through Outlook Email Not Updating Application (Doc ID 2656765.1)

When we submit approval notification (Purchase Leave Application), it is routing to Outlook as expected. When we Approve/ Reject, action is not getting transferred to EBS/ Workflow engine. Application is not getting updated with status.
But when the same approve/ reject action taken from Notification Window, Leave application is getting updated as expected.
