Notify Remarketer Message Does Not Show Serial Number In Serial Number Field (Doc ID 2656884.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Asset Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The OKL - AM : Notify Remarketer Workflow will send a Notification to a user to indicate that an Asset is available to begin the Return process. That message contains the following information (values for all fields that are populated are replaced with values within <>):

The following asset is available to start the return process:

Asset:
Description:
Model:
Serial Number:
Contract Number:
-----------------------------

The Serial Number is never populated in these notifications even when the Asset is serialized.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Serial Number to be populated if the Asset is serialized.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a Termination Without Purchase on a Serialized Asset.
2. Once the Termination is processed the Workflow OKL - AM : Notify Remarketer
  Workflow should send the notification.
