Weight Included In Request to SMC Rateware Is Always Rounded To Floor Value (Doc ID 2656929.1)

Symptoms

When fetching LTL rates based using External Rating Engine on RatewareXL with Carrier connect. Property glog.RatingEngine.RatewareXLCarrierConnect.weightRounding is used to control how the Weight value is rounded. This property can have values F (floored), C (Ceiling), I (rounded to nearest whole number). The default is 'F' (floor).

It is observed that when property value is set to C or I , Weight included in the request sent from OTM to the External Rating Engine is always being rounded to the floor value (F).
