PAXBUEBU: Integrated GL Budget Baseline Funds Check Error When 2 Periods are Open (Doc ID 2656951.1)

Symptoms

While trying to baseline a Project budget for the latest open period (previous period also still open), workflow fails with an error - PAPA_BC_GL_FNDS_RESV_FAIL.

Funds Check in Projects will show the following result codes;

Result Codes
F155 The GL budgetary control failed for the full mode
F170 Transaction failed in full mode
F172 Oracle Subledger Accounting engine failed
