Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Requisition Management
Intended Use field is not consistently showing up in Requisition View Cart
Created a requisition and added to the cart. In the cart,
1. Entered the Intended use field and saved
2. Close the view cart Page and open again
3. Intended use field is not showing up.
4. Again, close the view cart page and open, the Intended use field shows up.
