Phone And Email Contact Not Defaulted On To The Contacts When Creating Service Request From HTML Contact Center (Doc ID 2657087.1)

Goal

When creating service request using html service request through html contact center phone and email contacts are not getting defaulted. Need to explicitly add phone and email contact type.

But when user creates service request in the create service request form,phone and email contact type is added automatically.
