Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to export Sales order data in excel from Order HTML OAF (Oracle Application Framework )
Customer receives the following error


ERROR

exporting table data :Orders

You do not have permissions to access this functionality
please contact your system administrator


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Rel 12.2.8
OM RESPONSIBILITY
under Orders Tab > Export Button
receive message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export data in excel from Order HTML
