ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ECC ICX Incremental Data Load does not reflect Item Ratings updates made in EBS

The ECC ICX incremental data load for data set icx_catalog does not update the ECC data when updates are made to item ratings in EBS. The reason is the icx_cat_ecc_items_v view used to load / update the ECC icx_catalog data set only uses last_update_date from the icx_cat_punchout_items table to determine when the data was last updated. The table icx_rvw_reviews_summary_tbl, which is also in the icx_cat_ecc_items_v is the table where the last_update has been updated to reflect the record has been changed.
