Symptoms
Find that some change orders are failing to get integrated from Agile to Oracle EBS using AIA SOA 12.2.1.2.0.
There has been no recent changes in the environment and not known what changed to result in the error.
Using is a 'Seeded' user, and there have been no password changes.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create change order in the Agile application.
2. Try to Interface the change order from Agile to EBS through PIP
3. The integration fails with error
