Symptoms

PROBLEM
-----------------------
After upgrade to Release 12.2.9, the following error is returned in iStore when choosing to Place Order.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error in Line: 1.2 : Item 'XXX' not found in the BOM of model 'YYY'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore storefront
2. Configure the model
3. Return to the shopping cart to checkout, choose to Place Order, fails with error
