Lease Extension End Date Set To NULL When Editing A Lease Via UPDATE_LEASE API (Doc ID 2657943.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 when we edit a lease (p_lease_context = 'ED') via the
UPDATE_LEASE API the PN_LEASE_DETAILS_ALL.LEASE_EXTENSION_END_DATE is set to
NULL. We are not able to supply the LEASE_EXTENSION_END_DATE when editing a
lease via the API so basically any edit will result in the
LEASE_EXTENSION_END_DATE being set to NULL. Issue is specific to holdover or month on month lease

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LEASE_EXTENSION_END_DATE should not be set to null

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Update API to edit lease and make sure lease is holdover or month on month lease

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit lease
