R12 PN: Property Manager - System Does Not Check whether the Code Combination is Disabled

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Property Manager - System does not check whether the code combination is disabled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System to check whether the code combination is disabled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PN - Define Revenue lease with Receivables and Revenue account.
2. PN - Finalizing the main lease. Code combination for REC and REV accounts have been created.
3. GL - Disable the REV. account (CCid).
4. PN - Approve schedule for this lease. Save. Error: system does not give any information that this ccid is disabled.
User approves the schedule, then exports to the interface. Then transaction is stopped in AR interface (the same on AP site).
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Updating ccid in AR or AP interface. Normally user can't do that.
