Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, FC Core

After updating the Payment System to point to Paypal, Automatic Receipt fails with error

IBY_0005 Payment system specific error. Check payment system error code

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the payment system to point to Paypal
2. Run Automatic Receipts
3. Automatic Receipts process fails
