Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Concurrent Processing, Request Processing related issues
Users report many concurrent programs fail with ORA-07445 errors after the database upgrade to 19.
The Concurrent Request error will look something like the following:
DATE/TIME]: ORACLE error 3113 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file .
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in AFPGRG
Cause: AFPGRG failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE.
In the database .trc file the following error will be present:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qerandvFetch()+111] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x34] [PC:0x124FCFAF] [Address not mapped to object] []
Changes
E-Business Suite 12.2 database was upgraded to 19c.
