EAM Timecard Loading Slowly & Gets Stuck Changing The Period And Overall Form Response (Doc ID 2658415.1)

EAM Timecard loading very slowly and gets stuck on changing the Period and overall form response is also slow.
Operations LOV does not gets populated at the time of entry in EAM Timecard - basically it does not validate any value entered in the Operations at the time of entry(tabbing out of operations), but gets populated once Timecard is saved.  The following error occurs:


Multiple matches were found for the value you entered in the List of Values field (10). Please enter a more precise value or select the correct value using the List of Values.
