R12 PN: Incorrect Rent Increase Calculation after Lease Extension (Doc ID 2658427.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rent increase is performed over a lease with a rate increase of x%, after that the lease is extended with x years.
The Increase Amount is not correctly calculated.

When amendment is made on the lease to extend it and select YES on all options the system goes and duplicate the rent increase for all previous
years instead of continuing with adding the increase for the extension years only and this is only happening on schedules while no new lines of increase
for the extension years are getting added on the lease.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Property Manager responsibility
2 .Rent increase is performed over a lease with a rate increase of x%
3. After that the lease is extended with x years.
4.The Increase Amount is not correctly calculated.
