When attempting to finalize late charges via the batch maintenance window/form the following error occurs.
ERROR ----------------------- The Concurrent program Late Charges Generate is running. Please wait for the program to complete in order to change the late charge batch status
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Late Charge/Batch Maintenance
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot use form to finalize late charges
