BIPCatalogUtil.sh Error Folder Name Exceeds Maximum Length Of 50 Chars (Doc ID 2659008.1)

Symptoms

When using the BIPCatalogUtil.sh to import a Report or DataModel, the following error is occurring if the report resides in a folder in the Catalog with the folder name exceeding 50 characters:


[export] Export /This is a long folder name that is longer than 50 chars\Boilerplates.xdo to C:\Downloads\ExportBIP\BalanceLetter.xdoz
>> Command Error: export->exportObject
>> oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::executeDownloadReport Failure: Unable to download Report for [/This is a long folder name that is longer than 50 chars\Boilerplates.xdo] Due to unable to find ReportObject



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a catalog folder name with a name longer than 50 characters. Save a report in this folder.
2. Export the report into a xdoz file.
3. Use the BIPCatalogUtil.sh utility to import the report into another environment. Import will fail with the error above

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create folders with long names.
