Symptoms
On any EBS version from 11i to the latest 12.2.x
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
EBS Printers go on "pause" and never wake up to print the reports which accumulate in the job queue
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Printers should stay active and/or wake up to print a report as soon as the report is in the queue
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EBS printer goes to pause status
2. Print jobs are submitted from EBS and go on hold and are never printed
3. To start these jobs for printing, the printer has to be rebooted
4. then all print jobs start printing
