Sometimes Tasks Are Not Flowing To Mobile Field Service Multi Platform Application (Doc ID 2659180.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
For some technicians, same task type does not flow sometimes to MFS. This happens anytime with any user.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all the assigned tasks to be downloaded to the MFS client.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Oracle Apps

2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request and task
3.  Assign task to mobile Field Service user and save the task.

Find the above mentioned behavior.
