(Different spellings: Valueset / Value-Set)

Goal

How to create a Form Personalization to restrict the list of values (LOV) on the Value set form (FNDFFMSV.fmb)?

Note: You access the value set screen in different responsibilities. As an example, you could navigate to System Administrator > Application > Validation > values. You could also navigate to Inventory > Setup > Flexfields > Validation > Values.


Steps
Attempted Personalization (on Screen name FNDFFMSV) but it is not working.

a. Navigate to System Administrator > Application > Validation > values

b. Create restricted LOV.

c. Create record group from query

d. Select Vset_flex_name_set_qr target LOV and set GroupName.

e. Restart the form.

f. The LOV doesn't change.

* Can select everything from list of view.

Goal
Business wants to allow some users access to the value set form with limited options on what they can see and change.
