ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

------------------------

If any Reference Qualifier is added to any one of the Transaction Lines the value gets saved across all the Lines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------------

Any Reference Qualifier added to any of the Transaction Lines should be added only to that specific transaction line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When GTM Transaction has 3 lines
2. When added a new reference qualifier to the Line View by navigating though
GTM Transaction Manager Layout --> Line Tab .
3. Enter Custom Reference Data to a single Line
4. Same data is getting Saved across all the lines
