In iSupplier Portal, After Clicking the Full List Button to See All Orders, the Orders Are Not Displayed (Doc ID 2659825.1)

In Oracle iSupplier Portal, the Purchase Order Views page is showing "No results found", even when the user has select the view "All Purchase Orders".

Due to this issue, users cannot see the full list of purchase orders as they are accustomed to seeing them.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications as an internal buyer user (iSupplier Portal Internal View) or as a supplier user (iSupplier Portal Full Access).
2. On the iSupplier Home Page, in the "Orders At A Glance" region, a number of purchase orders are displayed. Click the Full List button to see the full view.
3. On the Purchase Order Views page, however, the "All Purchase Orders" view is not displaying any purchase orders.
4. As a workaround, if the user clicks the Advanced Search" button, the advance search page allows the user to search for purchase orders and these do display correctly in the search results.
