When attempting to use the workflow "Process Quality Receiving Transaction Sample Creation" the following error occurs:

Error Message 3103: Attribute 'SOURCE_ORG' does not exist for item
Error in Workflow GMDQMSMC/103-67664-190302114-7465-2200942 3103: Attribute 'SOURCE_ORG' does not exist for item 'GMDQMSMC/103-67664-190302114-7465-2200942'.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create a receiving transaction find sample was not created.
To check to see if sample was not created due to this workflow error, a script like the following can be run:

select * from wf_notifications
where MESSAGE_TYPE ='WFERROR'
and status ='OPEN'
and mail_status ='FAILED'
and trunc(begin_date) >='05-MAR-2020'
and subject like '%SOURCE_ORG%'
order by begin_date desc;
