Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance issue has been observed while opening the invoice workbench or querying the invoice 
or during prepayment application or at invoice validation or while making payments.

It is observed on 12C database.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Navigate to India Local Payable
2) Open the invoice workbench to create the invoice

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Because of this issue customers are unable to process invoices which is impacting their day to day operations.
