Symptoms

Projects Command Center: Costing Dashboard shows all Operating Units. User's expectation is to see only one Operating Unit here. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Command Center > Costing Dashboard
2. Project Details > Unfold Operating Unit area
3. Observe all Operating Units are shown in the list
