Symptoms



When attempting to create Dependent and Beneficiary in Self Service, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-200001: The following required field does not have a value: Nationality ORA-06512
"APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 946 ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_PROCESS_CONTACT_SS", line 9355 ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Personal Information > Dependents and Beneficiaries
3. Create Dependent
